Terms and Conditions

Daily Drawings:

  1. All drawings are performed randomly, at random times each day.
  2. Users may enter their information as many times as they want.
  3. Each winner will be contacted via the e-mail address they provided. Arrangements will be made for payment. Most winnings will be sent via PayPal within 24 hours of contact with the winner.
  4. There is no limit to the number of times a user can win.
  5. Users agree to receive e-mails from ads2wealth.com for both notification of earnings as well as promotions and special offers.
  6. Users can be removed from the mailing list at any time. However, doing so will terminate the ability for ads2wealth.com to e-mail the user in the event the user wins the drawing. Therefore, removal from the list will prevent the user from participating in the drawing in the future.
  7. We accept participation from anyone world-wide where free cash drawings are not prohibited.
  8. We cannot assume responsibility for the failure of the server and/or scripts used in the entry and/or drawing phase of our program.
  9. Should the winner of the drawing not be reached within 24 hours, subsequent drawings will continue until a winner for that day can be reached.
  10. Users found to be cheating in any way or using our program in any way for illegal means shall be removed from participation in our drawings.
  11. Ads2wealth.com reserves the right to end this program at any time for any reason it deems necessary.
  12. No purchase is necessary and purchasing any item or service does not guarantee winning.
  13. No winnings shall come from the VIP membership fees. All winnings shall directly from the original investment of the owner(s) and the earnings through advertising revenue.
  14. The current prize each day will increase as the revenue from the sale of advertising increases. More traffic means more ad sales which in turn increases our jackpot creating more traffic. This cycle will help to promote and increase our daily drawings.
  15. Users must be at least 18 years old.

Advertisers:

  1. Advertisers receive unlimited banner impressions for one month from the time of purchase for only $1.00 per month.
  2. Advertisers can change their ad and/or ad link at any time through the advertising membership program.
  3. All ads should be 468 pixels wide by 60 pixels tall for optimum performance.
  4. No ads including or promoting hate, illegal, pornographic or adult content/websites will be allowed. Anyone using ads of this nature will be removed from the program without reimbursement of the monthly fee.
  5. All fees are paid via PayPal.
  6. There is no guarantee to the number of impressions an advertiser will receive as all ads are displayed randomly
  7. Because of the nature of our business and the low cost, we do not include any sort of impression, click-through or other tracking methods.
  8. Advertisers also receive $ .20 for every advertiser they refer to our program. This payment will continue every month the advertiser and the referred advertiser continue to advertise with us.
  9. All advertiser affiliate payments will be made on the last day of each month and will be paid via PayPal.
  10. Ads are displayed on the main page only and are displayed at random in groups of five.
  11. Advertisers must be at least 18 years old.

VIP Members:

  1. There is only a one time fee of $1.00 to become a VIP member.
  2. VIP members are automatically entered by our system in our daily drawing once every hour of every day.
  3. VIP membership increases the chances of winning but in no way guarantees it.
  4. VIP memberships may be purchased multiple times by anyone.
  5. VIP membership is available to anyone world-wide.
  6. VIP membership fees are not used to increase the cash giveaway jackpot as that would constitute a lottery or raffle which is illegal in most states/countries without a license.
  7. VIP members are also entitled to private contest and drawings not open to the general, world-wide public.
  8. VIP members must be at least 18 years old.
  9. VIP members also earn $ .50 for each person they refer to our website who joins as a vip member. This does not build a downline, nor are any commissions paid on multiple levels.
  10. VIP members are paid every Saturday via Paypal for any earnings that week.

Privacy Policy:

  1. Ads2wealth.com and it's owner(s) will never sell, barter, trade, rent or in any other way divulge your personal information for any reason. Personal information can only be obtained by a ruling authority through the legal channels.
  2. All data entered into our daily drawings is deleted once a winner is obtained and contacted. No data is stored for any reason other than the drawing for free cash giveaway.
  3. All users authorize ads2wealth.com to post their name on our website in the even they win the drawing. No e-mail addresses will be posted on the winners page. This authorization is given by entering one's information into the drawing entry form and hitting the submit button.
